We thought our 2026 season was over. But it turns out we’ve got one more surprise up our sleeves!

Horn Factory is delighted to announce a very special, last-minute encore at Milestones Jazz Club in Lowestoft on Sunday 1 November. Following a hugely enjoyable visit in 2024, we’re heading back to the Suffolk coast for one final evening of fast moving, hard hitting, toe tapping contemporary jazz!

The Big Band Sound – Up Close!

Since 1998, Horn Factory has been bringing together some of the finest jazz musicians from across the East of England, creating a spectacular 18-piece big band with a sound that has to be heard to be believed.

Our performances are packed with exhilarating ensemble playing, outstanding soloists and infectious rhythms. From the powerhouse big band writing of Buddy Rich, Bob Mintzer and Gordon Goodwin to exciting arrangements of music by Pat Metheny, Chick Corea and Horace Silver, we bring a fresh, contemporary edge to the big band tradition.

Whether you’re a lifelong jazz enthusiast or simply fancy experiencing the electrifying sound of 18 musicians in full flight, you’re in for a treat!

Back at Milestones

We’re particularly pleased to be returning to Milestones Jazz Club, which has been an important part of Lowestoft’s live jazz scene since 1996.

Based at the Hatfield Hotel on Lowestoft’s seafront, Milestones has a long tradition of bringing outstanding jazz performers to enthusiastic local audiences. We had a fantastic time performing here in 2024, and we’re looking forward to renewing old friendships, meeting some new faces and filling the room with the unmistakable sound of Horn Factory once again.
